Most campers will fill their water tank using a garden hose.
But there are situations where there is simply no water connection and then the only thing that helps is a canister or a water bag. We have been using a foldable water container from Liedby for about 1.5 years.
If you think it’s great, there’s -> HERE < –
The advantage of these bags is that they feel like they fit into every little crevice. A watering can was always too annoying and bulky for us.
We then simply attached a hose to this bag and used it to fill the tank. It works okay, let’s say. A lot runs out and it’s hard to hold the bag and the hose so that nothing spills out.
To make the whole thing a little easier, we built ourselves a filling aid. This is inserted into the original filler neck and then acts as a mini funnel. So you can hold the bag or canister with both hands and fill up the water in peace.
Not just what, but water 💦
Nothing is more annoying than finding a good source and the hose doesn’t fit… 😤 …drive on to the next tap?! 🗺️🚐💨🕰️🙄 …haul the canister
