Yes, the world is full of gadgets from China.
Many of them are absolute garbage, but every now and then you find a real gem.
I was totally annoyed by the constant accumulation of dirt in the track of the fly screen.
The result was always the same: The fly screen can no longer be opened properly or gets stuck.
So far, we have used a can of compressed air to blow the dirt out of the rail.
But in the long run, this solution becomes quite expensive when you consider how much a simple can of compressed air costs.
So there were only two options:
1. a cover for the running rail. You have to constantly put it on and take it off again if you want to use the fly screen. That already annoys me, even though I don’t even own it yet. 🤯
2. an electric compressed air blower… BINGO 🥳
No sooner said than done.
In search of a suitable “AirDuster”, I scoured the usual suspects such as Temu, Aliexpress and the like.
The selection is large, from 8 to 50 euros.
But of course nobody can tell you beforehand whether the stuff is really any good.
A look in Jeff’s department store then brought the solution… Tada 🎉
Perhaps the moped is not really any different from the models offered on Temu, Aliexpress and the like.
But I had it in my hands within a day and I also had Amazon’s reliable return guarantee.
Now I’ve talked a lot about where I got the thing, but not really how it works and all that.
