Silvie & I have been running the GrandCalil.com site for a little over a year now, thanks to you guys we now have a fantastic reach. Cali drivers will find help on our site when the GC makes a few problems again and discover one or the other gadget for themselves.
We also had the privilege to receive test products from companies, among others the company Van Zubehör.de was one of the first to provide us with a product. Faithful readers have noticed that it has not remained with a cutting board, batteries, tank cleaners or even toilet conversions.
These tests were a lot of fun for us and we could share the results with you, we were never paid for a test or anything like that, if we didn’t like something so much, we described and said so exactly. Most of these tested products have stayed with us and are still in our hall today.
A few think surely sounds great, you get for example batteries as a gift, just sell them. Certainly, one could go exactly this way and thereby enjoy a good source of revenue, but that is repugnant to us. We have this privilege only through YOU, only through visitors, readers and supporters.
Unfortunately, I was diagnosed with cancer last year, which caused a turning point in my life. Since that moment I look differently at the days and experiences that Silvie and I have together. You should enjoy every moment! Today I am well again and I was able to defeat the disease in this round (and hopefully last round). Cancer is a disgusting disease and I think it is especially bad when the smallest in our society have to suffer from it.
For this reason, we decided not to sell the products we received for short test but to auction them and donate the entire proceeds to the Löwen Kinder in Viersen.
The association supports children and their families in difficult times, during and after this terrible disease.
So in the next few weeks there will always be great products to bid on, like a lithium battery, a dry separation toilet, a cutting board and much more. In order to generate as much money as possible for the Löwen children, the campaigns do not take place at the same time.
We want to start with a simple sticker from us, you can find this in our online store for 3 euros + 1 euro shipping. We took over the production and the complete proceeds go to the Löwen Kinder.
